The Booking Center
How does itwork
The service that assists you in organizing your Way
The Oropa Way has a Booking Center, which acts as a liaison between hikers and accommodation, facilitating reservations.
This service is for Associazione Movimento Lento members only.
If you are not yet a member, you can request to join before confirming your reservation.
If you run an organized group (tour operator, association, parish, etc.) we can still give you a hand in organizing the trip. Write to us to let us know your booking needs. Fill out the contact form.
If you decide to join the Associazione Movimento Lento by paying the 20 € membership fee, use the Booking Center, Barbara and Sara will book all the stage places for you along the way, helping you with the organization and saving you a lot of time. You will receive a free credential+gadget kit (value 5 €) and get 10% discount on the pilgrim's menu and the a la carte menu (average savings 8-10 € throughout the trip).
Your fee will also support the operation and maintenance activities of the Way, and you will be entitled to other discounts and benefits.
Once you fill out the quote request form, you will receive an email indicating the availability and prices of the accommodation at all stages of the walk, which you can book with a single email confirmation. Payment will then be made directly to the accommodation providers during the journey. In order to handle the large number of reservations, the service is available for departures from 3 days after confirmation of the quote.
The booking center service is free for hikers under 18 years of age accompanied by members of the Associazione Movimento Lento.
